We no longer drink pasteurized milk. BIG change since I am a huge milk lover. I drink gallons of water a week. Instead of a soda or juice, I grab my water bottle. Pre-portioning out your snacks is a great tip, one that I'll definitely start doing. We try to eat healthy & exercise at our house too. We've switched over to Almond Milk rather than cow's milk.
